A flight attendant who openly exhibited racist attitudes and who openly discriminated would not remain a flight attendant for very long. Ditto for any job that involves serving the public.

In this case, the flight attendant was simply doing her job. The passenger was out of line. Action was taken. This is a non-issue.

It happens. I have seen it many times. Passengers being rude without provocation. Where is Captain xigaM when we need him. Somebody call him fi me.

I remember a German passenger who was very rude to a male German flight attendant without provocation. His son was up and down the aisle. Meal service started. My co-worker politely asked the boy to have a seat. The father came at him like a bat out of hell.

"My son needs to EDIT and if you don't let him EDIT I'll tell him to EDIT on you."



I offered him a pillow and blanket, he hasn't seen, answered or even acknowledged me yet.

The next morning (it was an overnight flight) the same male flight attendant offered him breakfast (it was the next meal service). He said "You know exactly where you can stick your breakfast."

You better believe the in-charge (also German) told him "One more peep out of you and we will have Interpol meet the flight."

I suspect he had dozed off during service and when the flight attendant saw he was awake she went back and served him. Happens all the time.
